Accommodation is arranged as follows:

20-22 September 2023 │ Poreč, Istria │ Valamar Hotel 4*
– 2 nights on half board basis (buffet breakfast and buffet dinner) in double / twin rooms.
– You will be staying in one of Valamar 4* hotels in Poreč. The exact hotel name will be communicated before your arrival.
22-24 September 2023 │ Rabac, Istria │ Valamar Hotel 4*
– 2 nights on half board basis (buffet breakfast and buffet dinner) in double / twin rooms.
– You will be staying in one of Valamar 4* hotels in Rabac. The exact hotel name will be communicated before your arrival.

Hotel Accommodation Package Price
Price per person in double / twin room: 399€

Included: 4-night stay in Valamar Hotels 4* in Poreč & Rabac on half board basis (breakfast and dinner); free parking; luggage transfer between hotels; shuttle for the rider from the Stage 2 finish to the hotel; shuttle for the rider from the hotel to the Stage 3 start; shuttle for rider and bike from the hotel in Rabac (race ending point) to the starting point in Poreč (on Sunday 24.09.2023.); secured bike depot for one night after the race; city tax
Not included: drinks during meals, personal expenses, tips, all that is not listed under the price includes, travel insurance (recommended – please contact your local insurance company).
Notes
Valamar Hotels will provide exact hotel names approximately 2 weeks before event.
Participants are obliged to follow the hotel house rules and Stage Race staff instructions.
Online booking & payment is possible only for two persons sharing a double / twin room.
Package price in single room: available on request. Please contact us for a quotation as per the contact details provided below.

Package cancellation terms & conditions
If the participant cancels the hotel accommodation package, Elite Travel retains the following amount from the total price paid:
up to 40 days before arrival 15% of the package price
39 to 25 days before arrival 50% of the package price
24 to 10 days before arrival 80% of the package price
9 to 0 days before arrival and no show: 100% of the package price
